Space
Everything that ever fell from the sky
We've sent 7,000 rockets up. This is what came down on its own: every meteorite in the scientific record — 45,716 rocks from space, each dot sized by its mass. The bright embers were seen falling; the blue ones were found later, sometimes millennia later.
Dot size grows with the log of mass — from gram-sized pebbles to the 60-tonne Hoba.
